A guided tour with tasting at the Aldo Armato Olive Mill, where Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil is still produced with ancient stone mills.
During the tour, you will learn about the artisanal process that creates an oil of excellence and will be guided by a certified O.N.A.O.O. (National Organization of Olive Oil Tasters) taster, discovering the characteristics and aromas of Taggiasca EVO oil.
You can choose from three tasting experiences:

Ligurian TastingA guided technical tasting of three oils (Extra Classico, S-ciappa, and U Re) and a tasting of brined olives, pesto, pâté, and local specialties on crostini
Complete Tasting A technical tasting of 3 extra virgin oils (Extra Classico, S-ciappa, and U Re), tasting of olives and Ligurian specialties on crostini, and a glass of local wine (white or red of choice) to pair.
