A guided tour with tasting at the Aldo Armato Mill, where taggiasca extra virgin olive oil is still produced with ancient stone mills.

During the tour, you will learn about the artisanal process that creates an oil of excellence and will be guided by a certified O.N.A.O.O. (National Organization of Olive Oil Tasters) taster, discovering the characteristics and aromas of taggiasca EVO oil.

You can choose from three tasting experiences:

Tasting of 3 Oils
Guided technical tasting of three taggiasca EVO oils:
Extra Classico: slightly fruity and flavorful
S-ciappa: sweet and delicately fruity
U Re: De.Co. product, delicate and fragrant

Ligurian Tasting
Guided technical tasting of three oils (Extra Classico, S-ciappa and U Re) and tasting of brined olives, pesto, pâté and local specialties on homemade bread

Complete Tasting
Technical tasting of 3 extra virgin oils (Extra Classico, S-ciappa and U Re), tasting of olives and Ligurian specialties on homemade bread, tasting of focaccia and a glass of local wine (white or red of your choice) as pairing.
