To cancel, open the booking confirmation received via e-mail, click on the "Guest Portal" link, and proceed with the cancellation. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Mola Mola Dive Team will issue a voucher only if the cancellation is made no later than 24 hours before departure. This voucher will be valid for rebooking the same activity on another date to be agreed upon by phone at the number +39 328 8454299.
However, if the activity is canceled by Mola Mola Dive Team due to unfavorable weather conditions, safety reasons, or other organizational causes, the guest who has already made the payment will receive a refund of the amount paid via bank transfer.
