Bluvarì Charming House is born from the owners' passion for sharing the tranquility, colors, and scents of their land; it is the perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious abode to enjoy the sea and the nature of the Ligurian Riviera in an exclusive environment.

Thanks to its privileged position on the hills of Alassio, this elegant construction offers the opportunity to spend vacations in total relaxation, away from the crowd and confusion of the beaches, yet just a short distance from the sea.

The house consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen where a large window offers a stunning panorama of the Gulf of Alassio. The living area also includes a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and two armchairs.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with three bedrooms (two double and one twin) all with unparalleled views of the blue sea and the green surrounding hills, a unique combination of tranquility and modern comfort, blending the charm of an old farmhouse with the latest amenities.

Outside, the house offers a spacious green area meticulously cared for and a relaxing infinity pool with a whirlpool: the pool, with panoramic sea views, is surrounded by an elegant English lawn and a fragrant Mediterranean garden rich in various types of flowers and aromatic essences.

The large terrace on the ground floor, covered by a pergola and a refreshing sail awning, is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy pleasant moments with a view that fades into the sea.

The barbecue area, near the pool, has a corner with a wood-fired oven and a fully equipped rustic kitchen. The area is covered by a pergola with a table and chairs, ideal for barbecues, lunches, and dinners outdoors.

Even on the first floor, guests have access to a charming terrace covered by a pergola and furnished with comfortable chairs that allow them to enjoy the environment in total relaxation.
